What is Karl s life after some great releases like Bassdrumrocker Edition , Avalonia Ep, Electric Wood Ep or the Walkner.Moestl Album 2010? He is taking a deeper look into life, electronic music and the future. Karl sometimes sees himself close to a borderline personality disorder, or is this a healthy artist syndrom, that helps going deeper into the sense of life, into awareness? So he decided to make a little anthem to life.
The original version of ”Life and Happiness ft. Andrew Edge” may sound light-minded, but it is much more. It is a clubtrack with deepness and easiness at the same time. A deep technoid electronic clubbeat with a catchy vocal phrase and hypnotic warm chord harmonies.
The british singer Andrew Egde has this serious and gravity voice, which brings the essence to this project. The clubtech mix of ”Life and Happiness” is the more instrumental DJ friendly version with an organic warm, but technoid sound and it is, as energetically as the original.
More lessons about life are the tracks: ”Life is changing, you cant change that” and ”A challange, tragedy, mistery and opportunity”, which are straight and minimal techhouse tracks with superior claps and some nasty synthorgies in the middle. The track ”Life and Loneliness” is a charismatic dubstep version, with a typical Karl Moestl synthbass sound, which dominates the beat and some mystical padsounds. Enlightenment possible…

After a decade, Uwe Walkner & Karl Moestl have found their reunion in 2009
and once again they are redefining the electronic sound with their own style, which is a
dirty, fresh fusion with dubstep, electro, wonky breakbeat, techno, dub and garage elements.
Many terrific vocalists, like Eva Klampfer, Martin Klein, Farda P., Didier Uwayo, Elle Fee, Nina a part of this extraordinary opus called ”Structures”. This brings organic soulful, big voices and highlights to the cool, abstract, sometimes dirty, but always energetic movements.
After some legendary EP releases on Kruder&Dorfmeisters label g-stone, they have created their own masterpiece and milestone. This is their first full album, which is a journey into future electronic sound. It is much more, than a reunion, it is a serious sound mission.
